Carla Geiersbach has been Riptide's head coach since 2007.  She has been involved in Delaware swimming since moving here with her family in 2001. Carla became active with Riptide when she was an assistant swim coach at St. Andrew's School.  She coached at St. Andrew's for seven years where she also taught learn-to-swim lessons to new swimmers of all ages.

Mark swam for Riptide from age 5 to high school and currently finished his third year swimming for George Mason University. Mark still holds 3 individual Riptide records.
